John Dombroski works with sound and light to create experimental music and site-specific installations. Using microphones and lenses, he creates interactive physical systems that connect and activate architecture and found objects, investigating the ways in which our audiovisual and cognitive systems produce sensory experience.
By reorienting sonic and visual perspectives, Dombroski highlights the social and material histories embedded in our experience of the everyday.
